Justin Berfield Mobile ImagesJustin Tyler Berfield (born Tuesday, February 25, 1986 in Los Angeles County, California to Jewish parents Richard Berfield and Gail Stark) is an American actor and, recently, a producer. He began acting at the age of five when he appeared in a Folgers Coffee commercial. Since then, he has appeared in 15 other American television commercials, giving rise to his nick-name, The Commercial Kid. His television debut came in 1994 when he starred in The Good Life. In 1995, he began to play the role of Ross Malloy, the youngest sibling in The WB sitcom Unhappily Ever After, continuing in the role for 5 seasons. However, Berfield is best known for his portrayal of the character Reese, the second-oldest brother in the Fox Network television sitcom Malcolm in the Middle. He appeared in over 100 combined episodes of Malcolm in the Middle and Unhappily Ever After, making him the youngest person in television history to be in over 100 episodes of two different television shows. In 2002, Berfield served as a national youth ambassador for Ronald McDonald House Charities. He is the younger brother of lesser-known actor Lorne Berfield. Justin owns two million-dollar homes in the Los Angeles area, a recently purchased two-bedroom ocean-front condo in Malibu, and a house in Studio City, the city where Malcolm in the Middle is filmed. In early 2006 it has been reported that he will purchase Jessica Simpson's & Nick Lachey's mansion. Film
